Tutus with Aroha

Debbie Constable, founder of Tutu’s with Aroha, is based in Rangiora. Tutus, Lyrical, Jazz and Contemporary costumes have been made for dancers around the country to be used in local competitions, South Island Ballet Awards and Alana Haines Australasian Awards. She works hard to create a rapport with both parents and dancers to ensure the vision of the costume comes to life.
